SHIPPING
We’ll get your package sent out as soon as we can, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing. We are not able to ship beyond the US at the moment. We are shipping all orders, including those that are local.
We do our best to reduce, reuse and recycle when it comes to packaging. Your item might arrive in an old Amazon box with recycled foam and bubblewrap, but we make sure everything that leaves the studio is well protected.
QUALITY CONTROL
These items are handmade and not meant to look perfectly smooth or uniform as would a mug you might buy in a store. Any maker’s marks are a physical representation of the relationship I have with each element of the making process, of which there are many. And it’s a symbol of the uniqueness of the piece you have purchased - any mistakes that would deem your pot a “second'' would be disclosed in the description and accounted for by a lower price.
RETURNS
All sales are refundable within 30 days of your purchase date, but only if we receive the exact pottery that you ordered, first returned to us in the same condition as it was when it was sent. Please reach out to us.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please take care with your new pottery. If it is marked as food safe, it is still recommended that you wash by hand to extend it’s life.
It will break if dropped or banged against a hard surface. If this happens take care to watch out for sharp edges.

Duplicates of items listed on the site are not available at this time. Each piece is unique.
Commissions are not being accepted at this time, but I would love to hear what your favorites are, and why, and any fun ideas you might have.
